Insider is excited to announce FontAgent® Pro 6.1, which includes support for Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks. The new FontAgent Pro release also extends handling of TrueType Collections, which can contain many font styles in a single font file. By breaking a font collection down to the style level, FontAgent Pro lets you activate only the styles you need instead of all the styles in the collection.
While TrueType Collections have been rarely used by font vendors in the past, the Mavericks OS from Apple ships with dozens of these collections, each of which contains several fonts. Rather than forcing you to activate all the fonts in each collection, FontAgent Pro breaks these fonts down to the style level, so you can activate only the font styles you need, streamlining you workflow, conserving system resources and keeping your font menus short and tidy.
FontAgent Pro 6.1 for Mac is free to FontAgent Pro 6 customers, users who have current support and maintenance agreements and FontAgent Pro CloudServer customers.
